A landing page has a different function than a home page. They are very specific and match the campaign. In addition, the offer is similar to the text in the advertisement that the visitor clicked on.
A landing page is a page that gets someone to do something. People can find landing pages by surfing, searching, direct mail, or stumble upon them. The main objective of landing pages is to convert a visitor into a customer.
Landing Pages are entirely about verbs. For example, Apply, Buy, Get. A landing page should be expressed in a single Verb.
Three Key Things to Remember About Landing Pages:
* A Landing Page is not a home page
* Landing Pages are specific to the offer
* Create a clear call – to – action
